The hotel staff are very respectful toward guests, and the reception offers snacks, water, and tea. Magaryam (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) is very attentive. The hotel is in an accessible area near the metro and tram, and it was convenient to get to from the main bus station as well as Sabihi Airport. The rooms are cozy, and the breakfasts are good. Thanks!

The hotel’s location is key—just 10 minutes by public transport to the city centre and 20 minutes on foot, so it feels right in the middle of Istanbul. The reception staff were excellent. However, the pictures online for the rooms and the breakfast area don’t match reality: the rooms lack wardrobes and the lighting feels dim and somewhat gloomy. The bar that was advertised and still appears in photos on the platform simply doesn’t exist. Breakfast was disappointing, with almost no sweet options; it’s not a continental spread but strictly Turkish fare.
