We had a pretty rough stay here with my friends - we booked three rooms for May 8-9th, 2025. The air conditioning was set to 24c, which was way too hot for summer, and we couldn't adjust it to a cooler temp, like 21c. It was super uncomfortable and nobody could sleep. I ended up switching rooms three times. The staff didn't speak English and basically told us the hotel's old and has central air, which wasn't helpful.

The breakfast was really good and plentiful, and the location was okay - everything was easily accessible by taxi, and there was a nearby park for a stroll. The hotel was super clean, especially the rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beds were a bit too hard for my liking, and the bathroom could have used a towel hook or two. The pool could use some better maintenance, and it was a shame there wasn't a bar for evening drinks.

Overall, our stay was amazing - the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The location was spot on, close to everything we needed, and the hot springs were a highlight. However, on the second day of breakfast, one of the cleaning staff sneezed all over the cutlery and plates, which was pretty gross, and didn't bother to clean or replace them.

The room was pretty clean and in a decent location, and breakfast was okay. However, the hotel's renovation work was a bit of a nightmare - there was debris flying around and broken glass everywhere, which seemed crazy for a hotel that was still open. Plus, the hallway noise was a real issue - you could hear everything.

I was really impressed with the robot food delivery to our room - it was a nice touch. The room itself was a good size, with a decent table for eating, and the TV quality was great. The staff were also really friendly. That being said, the toilet was a bit of a letdown - it had some weird automatic features that made it hard to use, and no bidet. Plus, the restaurant on level 2 was pretty limited, with a lot of menu items sold out.
