“I will never go there again, and want a refund for the two nights that I did not stay”

I did not like anything about this property. I was extremely disappointed in all aspects of it and I did not stay after the first night. It was difficult to access and having got in, I felt very unsafe. There were no facilities such as a kettle or cups to make a hot drink and no breakfast arrived in the morning. I tried to phone all the numbers and tried to access the reception on the second floor but no-one answered either knocking on the door or phoning the number

The apartment is in a very convenient location for visiting the city centre. The room felt like a fully operational oven, it was a terribly hot night and, upon our arrival, despite the air conditioning being present, we found two 80s‑era fans that did not change the room temperature at all. It was clear that the air‑conditioning system was broken, and that they had put in the two fans to compensate, without telling us anything about it. The next morning I sent a message to the host without receiving any reply, and even during a brief encounter they made no reference to the incident. Additionally the property looks very poorly maintained and not particularly clean. A terrible experience, I strongly advise against it for anyone looking for even the slightest comfort from a stay.

“Buona”

Very convenient as a location, we were happy because we walked around the city. The sink does not drain well, and in the kitchen there are no cutlery or glasses to use.

“Se dovessero aggiustare le cose che ho segnalato sarei pronto a tornarci.”

Undoubtedly the location. The window had a small curtain that did not fully block it. The room faced a very lively street and without insulating glass music and laughter filled the night. A chandelier with two functioning bulbs: small and dim. The bathroom needs a full review: the shower siphon was malfunctioning; there was no place to hang towels and the bidet mat, moreover it was not provided, a glass to put the toothbrush. A real pity: with a few small improvements it would become truly welcoming.

There was no contact with the staff and the key box had no key, so I didn’t even leave there.
