The rooms were dirty, I even found ants inside; the balcony had grime and cobwebs, the common areas smelled bad, and the breakfast was terrible.
Cleanliness, quality products, and private parking.
The staff were responsive and helpful, the location was quiet yet close to attractions, breakfast was wonderful, there was a free laundry room for guests, free parking and a kids’ play area—simply highly recommended. No complaints.

The room was spacious with comfy beds, the breakfast buffet had many options, the staff—especially at reception—were extremely friendly and helpful, parking was convenient, and it’s highly recommended for anyone exploring Bergamot, just a few miles from the centre. Nothing we didn’t like.
