Comfortable conditions, great plus a kitchen with all necessary dishes and a dishwasher. Lacking mosquito nets on the windows, no spot for a nighttime campfire outside, no barbecue grill on the balcony, and not enough bathrobes or disposable slippers.

Excellent location in quiet, peaceful surroundings with stunning views. The accommodation has everything needed for a stay, and each room has its own bathroom. The owner is very friendly, responded to the first request if anything was needed. Keep in mind you can only reach the place by car; without transport it would be difficult. This is not a drawback but rather a feature of the location.

Owner Kozichok takes great care of his cottages and the grounds, truly passionate about his work. The area around Kozichok offers fairy-tale scenery, and the property is fenced off from outsiders. Very quiet, except for the occasional cries of little hawks or the chatter of four owls freely roaming the grounds. The cottage has a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is essential when you spend a whole day in the mountains. Overall, it was a shame to leave and I wanted to stay longer. No shortcomings.

The view is beautiful, only mountains visible from the window. The grounds are tidy and orderly, with sheep wandering around. From the house you can walk to the mountain road without any cars or other vacationers.
