The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center, and the staff are very friendly; the air conditioning is helpful and the bathroom is spacious. However, the room is noisy because it’s on a busy street, the bathroom door squeaks a lot, and it would have been great if the hotel had a parking partnership since all nearby spots were pricey.

The room was clean and had everything needed, but it was very small and noisy all night, so you have to bring earplugs.

The staff were friendly and the location was fine, but they didn’t solve several issues like extra towels or other facilities, and when I tried to cancel a room from my entire reservation they wouldn’t refund me even though the staff were using the room that night to sleep.

The place is well‑located, but the pricing was a problem: I saw a sign showing the hotel’s daily rate of MX$750.00/night from Monday to Thursday (photo attached) and I was charged US$64.80/night.

Location, attentive staff, and the room were all great. Nothing to complain about.
