“Welcoming, comfortable and relaxing.”
Kristal, our check‑in rep, was uplifting and gave a warm welcome after a long day.
The room was clean and they always made the room. The downtown area is full of homeless, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault—Dallas is like that.
“Sensational lol”
Everything thing
“Great experience thank you”
The location and views are superb, the staff very helpful, and the convenience is top. The only drawback was that the suite didn’t have a smart TV with streaming apps.
“Our stay was just what we needed to celebrate our anniversary.”
The staff were friendly and the room was spotless. Nothing to add.
