Overall, the property is great, but the location is a drawback—you have to trek a lot to reach the resort. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t work, and the reception staff are very casual about the fact that Wi‑Fi is non‑functional in many areas.

Everything is perfect. Beautiful location, very quiet. There’s nothing to dislike, but be aware that you need to be fit to visit this place—you have to trek a lot. We were fine with it, in fact we loved the trek.

The spot is spot on – just a 15–20 minute climb up to the resort, which adds a fun twist. My Labra loved the open space and the natural scenery. Unfortunately the bonfire and open‑air theatre were either shut down or not available, and the TV and room‑service phone numbers weren’t given, which was a hassle. The telescope didn’t work, and the uphill walk should be mentioned up front, especially for older guests. Still, the location is great and a few tweaks could make the place truly amazing.

Excellent breakfasts and very accommodating staff. Manager offered a complimentary upgrade which was very kind. Puzzled why I couldn’t pay by credit card after they had taken my credit card details to confirm booking. Few people carry that much cash with them or can do banking from phone when not from the country
