The room was as comfortable as could be and there was a parking garage for the car. The elevator was broken, the room the staff pointed out had only a single bed, so I had to move rooms three times until I got one with a double bed. The blanket was a bit old and I had to ask for towels, but everything was resolved.

The hotel had a great location, air‑conditioning, and a decent breakfast. I liked how the staff were attentive and helpful. I think the shower could be improved. Overall I had a good experience and was well attended.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was the only bright spot. The parking space is tiny, the air‑conditioner barely made a dent in the heat, and the breakfast was all cakes – I would have preferred some pão de queijo instead.
