I was sick and couldn’t have breakfast. I disliked everything about the property: the room was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in, with no space to move; the bathroom barely fit a shower; basic amenities were missing, no dental kit, only one towel and no hand towels; kettles didn’t work and there was a basin in the room. We requested a 2 pm checkout after a late check‑in, but the front desk kept calling us repeatedly. My boyfriend was in the shower and had to leave it midway; I wasn’t even allowed to shower. The front desk staff shouted that we would be charged extra, so we had to leave without brushing or showering. It was the worst stay of my life: rude staff and terrible amenities.
