A private balcony is attached to the Family Room with Balcony, and the upper‑floor location is reachable only by stairs. The room accommodates one guest and includes a private bathroom equipped with toilet paper, as well as an electric kettle, fan, flat‑screen TV, clothes rack and a wardrobe/closet. All amenities are within the room itself.

We had to rebook a stay in Ho Shi Mihn because the one we booked turned out to be a scam. That’s how we ended up at Sunny Guesthouse, which was the best choice we made. The owner lady was extremely nice and warm, the room was perfect and cozy. We had the best time in Ho Shi Mihn because of this. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I’ve stayed here so many times that it feels like a second home—super central and stocked with everything you could need, and the staff are always warm and helpful. There’s nothing to complain about.

Nice and clean and smells fresh, rooms were spacious, ac worked well and also had a fan, fridge also very cold. Great shower pressure and 2 shower heads. Very hot water in the shower. Location is great. Definitely recommend. Would stay back in a heartbeat
