Unfortunately, I never got to experience this place as they didn't have any rooms available for me. I'm not sure if it's a common issue or a one-time problem, but it's a shame because the location looked great.

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the weak water pressure in the 3rd-floor bathroom was a major letdown. I was really looking forward to a relaxing shower after a long day, but the water barely trickled out. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in late, and the room was spotless despite being a bit on the small side.

I was really excited about staying at this place because of its great location near Tràng An and Tuyệt Tịnh Cốc, and the free early or late check-in was a big plus. However, things took a turn for the worse when I saw the state of the place. The first thing that bugged me was the dirty bedding piled up in the hallway - it was really unhygienic and unpleasant. The room itself was basic, with two beds and some essentials, but the bedding looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly.

The hotel's location is a major plus, just a 2.5km walk from the Tràng An heritage site. My room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was a decent size and smelled fresh. The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early for free and even staying open 24/7 so I could come back late from exploring. Having a restaurant on the ground floor was also a bonus, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.
