All of the staff were pleasant, yet our television wouldn’t work while the other rooms’ TVs functioned fine; a staff member fixed it once, but it stopped again the next day and we gave up contacting the front desk.

I liked a lot of things during my stay! I loved the quick and helpful staff, I loved the elegance of my room decor and the furniture, I loved the comfort of the bed and number of pillows. I love that a newspaper gets delivered to your doorstep and the welcome drink. I love the smell of their body gel. Of course, their prime location near the busiest transportation hub in Makati. A few things for improvement: My room window is directly in front of a permanent spotlight. I turned off all the lights and I think I'm still in a well-lit room. I had to yank the blackout curtains off their tiebacks. During showertime, I had to wait for a couple minutes before hot water came in. And the automatic closet light turns off when I fully open the closet door. It's weird

“Excellente localisation pour découvrir le quartier de Makati.”

The spot was ideal for exploring Makati and the à‑la‑carte breakfast was nice, plus the receptionist helped us arrange a taxi to the airport when Grab was down; however, rooms on the first floor were quite noisy from the lobby, and we wished the staff had been more flexible about the airport‑taxi issue when we were out of cash and suggested a card purchase with a surcharge for cash back, which they flatly refused.
