Nothing good. The staff were snobbish and ignored our requests, the windows in the rooms couldn’t open so we couldn’t ventilate, the view didn’t match the photo on Booking (unless they changed it after my comment) because the glass was opaque, the pool was in the middle of the restaurant with servers watching, which was annoying, and it only seemed to serve the local pigeons.

The hotel's location is perfect - it's close to the city's action and main attractions, but still manages to be super quiet. My room was really nice and spacious, and the facilities were great too. However, there's one major downside: the pool is a bit of a joke, especially in the cooler months. I didn't even bother using it because it was freezing, and the real problem is that the pigeons seem to have free rein - they're just waltzing in and out of the pool area like they own the place.

This place really delivered on all fronts. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were honestly some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in - I almost didn't want to leave the room. And then there's the roof terrace, which had these incredible views of the surrounding area. I spent hours up there just taking it all in.

The food was also a highlight, with a delicious breakfast spread and tasty a la carte options. The room itself was lovely, with a spacious layout and a beautifully clean washroom that would satisfy even the most discerning guests. The real showstopper, though, was the stunning view from the terrace - I could see the city palace in all its glory, especially at night when it was all lit up.
