The location was close to everything, but during my two‑night stay I got bites on my legs each night while sleeping in the bed. I told the front desk and asked for my sheets to be cleaned or replaced, yet bugs still bit me while I slept. :(

“An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended!”

During our road trip across five U.S. states we stayed at the Best Western Plus in Bozeman and it quickly became a highlight. A special shout‑out goes to Gen, who was unquestionably the friendliest, most helpful and accommodating employee we met on the whole trip—he went above and beyond, offered great tips, and made us feel truly welcome. His outstanding service left a lasting impression. The hotel itself also impressed us: our room was very spacious and comfortable, ideal for the three of us as we needed extra space to sort and pack before our flight. We loved the hotel’s unique vibe and character, which made the stay especially pleasant. There was nothing to complain about—ample parking, a nice pool, and overall excellent service. We also enjoyed the tavern downstairs, which had a great atmosphere and friendly, welcoming staff. All in all, the hotel surpassed our expectations and created a memorable experience. We’ll definitely book here again in Bozeman without hesitation, and once more, huge thanks to Gen for being outstanding and one of the most helpful people we encountered on the trip. Five stars, no doubt.

I loved the hot tub after a day of traveling; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we liked everything about it—very comfortable.

“Nice area with a bar to relax in after a long drive.”

The bar was nice, but the hotel was hard to navigate and smelled old and musty; the bartender took our drink order, then went on break and couldn’t be found.
