The room was very clean, daily housekeeping, and the towels were always changed—there’s parking and even an electric car charging station. On the balcony there were metal chairs and marble on the floor; the garden was awful, especially in the morning and after 10 pm, though I understand people have different tastes, but a more “friendly” terrace furniture would have been nicer. I had an unpleasant incident with the smell of food from the adjacent room. The rooms have a kitchenette with a small hood. I’m not sure if all rooms have it, but in ours the ventilation hood was shared with the neighboring room, so the garlic smell from that room was in ours. I discovered this while desperately trying to eliminate the suffocating odor. The person in charge of accommodation, even after I reported the issue, told me to turn on the hood to remove the smell and then left. After seeing there was a shared pipe in the wall, I asked the occupants of the neighboring room to turn off their hood so the smell wouldn’t come into ours. Then my husband called the accommodation manager to tell him, and he said we would discuss it the next morning and he would come to see what we said. The next day we checked out at 9–9:30 am, but he wasn’t at the reception, so we left and that was it, unattended.
