The rooftop view is the best, the owner is a very gentle man always ready to help, the room is great with AC in perfect condition, and the rooms are spotless. All good.

The view is magnificent and it’s very close to the main road, and the staff there are very helpful. It could be a bit cleaner.

The spot was spot-on, with jaw‑dropping pyramid views and a quick walk to everything nearby (though the area felt a bit unsafe). The room was tidy, cozy, and a good deal for what it cost. The staff were warm and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. On the downside, I felt pushed too hard toward tours and activities, and the food didn’t hit my palate, though others might appreciate those choices more.

The owner reached out early and offered tours, and we were pleasantly greeted around 2 am that night—though we hadn’t even had breakfast yet and asked for coffee, which he arranged with a disposable cup. We stayed four nights and cannot recommend this place. The airport transfer was heavily overpriced, so we later used Uber, which was much cheaper. The hotel itself was hard to locate. At check‑in, we were asked what we wanted for breakfast and at what time; shortly after, the owner returned with so‑called lunch packs for the next day’s breakfast, containing dairy and natural yogurt that clearly should have been refrigerated, raising health concerns. The breakfast didn’t match the photos; we received plain industrial rolls with cheese, a drink pack, and yogurt. The second day’s Arabic breakfast also felt stale, unappealing, and again didn’t match the pictures, making us feel deceived and we stopped eating breakfast altogether. We found it especially unfair that other guests seemed to receive a much better breakfast with service, exactly as shown in the images. When asked, we were told those guests belonged to a different hotel, yet the same terrace was used. There is no elevator. On the first day, the owner carried our two suitcases upstairs, after which we had to haul everything ourselves. On the departure day, no assistance was offered. The rooms had additional serious flaws: the doors made constant, loud squeaking noises, which was very disturbing. While showering, water leaked through a gap under the bathroom door into the bedroom, flooding the room.
