Nothing. The hotel feels abandoned; I wouldn’t call it a hotel. The only interaction with the staff was with a bellhop who spoke English, had a cigarette in his mouth, and handed me the keys. It seemed like we were the last guests here, and they’re suggesting that Booking will refund us—this is just a scandal, this hotel.

Our room was large and relatively clean inside, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable, spacious bed. The room had a large terrace that we couldn't use because the floor boards looked rotten, and the sofas were dirty and stained. The bathroom lacked some accessories. The hotel sits on a dusty street and a construction site is nearby.

The hotel is good but it needs renovation. The breakfast was not great.

It wasn't bad, but nothing special. The hotel is nice, yet inside it feels old and dull. The view from our window was just a wall in the back yard! Breakfast was super mediocre, nothing special… there's a lot to wish for from both the hotel and Melnik. I expected much more; the place creates an impression of something unique, but I'm slightly disappointed.
