Got to the hotel at 4:15I was told my room was not ready went out and parked. Thirty minutes later called the hotel from the parking lot they never answered. Went in thirty minutes later with my luggage. My room was still not ready after another thirty minutes I decided to cancel my reservation just very disappointed with the Garden Inn hotel. I then called and spoke to a representative from Booking .com who was very helpful
