The first room was dirty, but after I asked for a different one they complied, and the beds are great; it seemed like there was an ant infestation, and I wonder why they don’t offer a good room right away.

I liked how the hotel is strategically located close to the campus, the view is nice, the facilities are worth it, the food is good and standard, but the reception staff could improve their service toward guests.

“Terribile”

I messed up and didn't realize the area was actually a completely different city from Semarang, far away. The hall has nice paintings, the pool is pretty but useless, there's no spot to sunbathe, dry off, or relax on a lounger or a chair. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the wardrobes were broken, there was a strong smell of mothballs everywhere… it was extremely far from the center. It feels like a student house kept in very bad condition, with a good façade but nothing behind it, the breakfast was non-existent at eight in the morning, there were only four pieces of fruit… don't come here.
