The hotel is pretty, but the air conditioning didn’t work and we found a worm in the breakfast fruit.

It really wasn’t a pleasant stay. The service was terrible; I’m still waiting for my bill and have not received any reply. When we were handed the room, the shower was blocked, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the room flooded, the towels were very worn, the TV didn’t work, and none of this was fixed during my stay. The bar and kitchen prices were high for the service offered; what we see in the photos isn’t what it actually is. Maybe I was just unlucky, but other guests might have a better experience.

The property is beautiful with a great rooftop restaurant/bar. There were mistakes with the bill at the restaurant. Air conditioning didn’t work in two bedrooms. The shower flooded the whole bathroom. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
