“Cobro diferente al contratado por aplicación de normas no especificadas”

The staff was excellent, friendly, attentive, and ready to help, but I was charged VAT because I was a foreigner and the migration stamp was for 15 days—a detail not mentioned in the reservation contract, so I ended up paying more than I had agreed.

The rooms were excellent and affordable, yet I observed a lapse in the cleaning service.

“Bueno”

The location was great, though the air conditioning produced noticeable noise.
