The staff, both at reception and service, were excellent and truly make the hotel deserving of its stars. I especially value their hiring of disabled people in whatever capacity possible. However, some areas that could have been easily overlooked weren’t cleaned thoroughly; I happened to notice it, and it was a bit hard to ignore.

From check‑in to check‑out, everything was great. The reception staff were so helpful, and everyone from the kitchen to housekeeping was equally accommodating. The room was very clean, the food was awesome, and I loved everything there.

The location was excellent, and breakfast featured a good local variant. The staff were consistently cooperative and always greeted me with a warm smile. Lunch and dinner were very nice, especially the Thakali and Turkish food right across the street.

Breakfast is the best, the staff are friendly, the WIFI is smooth, and the location is better.
