The staff were friendly and very polite, especially the cleaning crew and front‑desk team. Breakfast could use more options and fresher fruit.

“Close to Tin City - staff was excellent - hotel needs deep cleaning and renovations to bring it up to date.”

Being close to Tin City and downtown Naples was a definite plus, and the staff were very accommodating and responsive. However, the pool tile looked dirty while we were swimming and there were no pool towels available that I could see. The rooms and the hotel overall feel very dated and would benefit from significant renovations.
