The location is superb with easy links to Alicante and Elche, the hotel stays clean and accessible day or night, and the staff are friendly and helpful; we visit at least once a year. The downside is there’s no breakfast or dinner, only a space to bring your own food, but we usually eat at local cafés and restaurants, so it’s not a big deal if you know that.

It’s in a great spot and covers all necessities, but the neighborhood can be a bit noisy and the windows need better soundproofing; having the bathroom inside the bedroom probably makes it tough for families with kids, and the pool closes in October—nothing major, but a heads‑up would have been nice.

Overall cleanliness was a perfect 10/10, but water leaks when you shower because there’s no side screen and no drainage or towel to dry off, so the rest gets wet.
