The room and view were decent, but the service was a real letdown. They refuse delivery drivers from dropping purchases at the door, so I had to trek down the long hallway to collect them myself. I was so upset I checked out after the second night.

The massage area and services were extremely nice, and the breakfast, pool, and location were great. The male front‑desk staff showed no respect for guests at all, and there is no gym.

The location and view are absolutely dreamy, and the bungalows are really nice. The overall condition needs renovation; with this view my heart aches that it’s not better. Breakfast was practically the worst I’ve ever had, and the sight of the pool I didn’t want to enter made me stay only on the first morning of the eight paid breakfasts.

Everything was perfect.

The room was beautiful and the service was great. It was a bit of a workout getting up in the mountains, but the view made it worthwhile.
