I love how everything is provided – kitchen and bathrooms – and the breakfast variety is excellent. The only downside is that I don't own the property, lol.

“A solid return visit - good value.”

The property is nicely presented; despite shared facilities it never feels inconvenient because there are plenty of bathrooms and showers. A basic continental breakfast is offered. The area feels safe, with nice cafés, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and the metro is very convenient. The TV has streaming capabilities and the Wi‑Fi is strong. My room was on the bottom floor, a single, small but adequate. The acoustics were much worse than my last stay here – everything from the kitchen, every door, every footstep reverberates loudly. The bed wasn’t super comfortable. The room had a musty smell from the start, and the window offered no privacy, looking straight onto the shared courtyard. Prices seem to have risen a lot since my earlier stay, although the Grand Final weekend is a factor. PSA: DON’T RESPOND TO ANYONE ON WHATSAPP ASKING TO CONFIRM BOOKING – I was told by reception this was scammers. No reflection on the business itself.

“Clean, good location, however very disappointed.”

The shared kitchen and bathroom are very clean and well maintained, and self‑check‑in is easy. The location is good and the metro is within walking distance. The room was extremely small, but sufficient for solo trips. The room I was given was next to the shared bathroom, so I could hear people slam doors and neighbors showering from 6 am until 1 am past midnight – it was very noisy and I couldn’t rest well. I don’t know if other rooms hear the noises or just mine. The only hair dryer in the building was very slow, and it broke on the second day I stayed, which is very unfriendly for someone with long hair – bring your own if you need it. I slept with wet hair. I stayed two nights and never met any staff, no housekeeping or towel changes.
