Friendly host 🙂 The terrace with an automatic coffee machine was a great option. The rooms were very clean (cleaned daily). The location is good, a 10‑minute walk to the center 🙂 The only issue: our room had only a window in the ceiling, so it was hard to ventilate.

The accommodation was spotless! The towels and sheets smelled amazing (like fabric softener), and the room was very comfortable for two people. The host was simply wonderful-I have never encountered such a great host before. Even though he didn't speak English, he used a translation app to communicate. He was always there for whatever we needed and incredibly helpful. The distance to the center was nothing, just a very short 15-minute walk. Also, there is a very affordable paid parking lot less than a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, there is free street parking right in front, but only if you manage to find a spot (though I wouldn't highly recommend it because people drive fast in Italy :P)

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was cozy, spotless, and well-finished. The location is just a few hundred metres from the city centre, and a short walk away is a convenient paid, monitored parking lot. Traditional Catanese restaurants are within walking distance.
