The location, cleanliness, and peacefulness of the property were all great, but the pool closed at 7 pm, which was a downside.

The location was good and the staff were very helpful, but I was disappointed by the gym: no air conditioning and old equipment.

The staff were the highlight—kind, helpful, and Sejjal kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The resort itself feels like a different world, calm and clean, with mattresses and pillows that are very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, and the Ross omelette at breakfast was amazing. The only downside was the limited variety at breakfast, though what we had each day was still good.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in; it's stunningly beautiful, spotless, and the team is incredibly caring and polite. They always answered questions and solved problems. The spa and restaurant are 10/10, and the spa is a must‑visit—an oasis in the area. We happened to check in on my mom’s birthday, and they surprised her with balloons, cake, and candles. It felt like a magical place, and we were treated like royalty. If I return to Goa, it will be here—thanks! The best ❤️
