City and mountain views greet guests, and the upper floors are reached by elevator. The Deluxe Family Room sleeps four, includes a crib, and offers a desk, hardwood flooring, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, a socket by the bed, a telephone, a safety‑deposit box, a tea/coffee maker, an electric kettle, an iron with ironing facilities, and a wake‑up service. The private bathroom provides towels, a bath or shower, slippers, a bathrobe, free toiletries, a hair‑dryer and toilet paper. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi‑Fi, a flat‑screen TV and a minibar complete the room.

“Esperaba más”
The surroundings were charming, evoking a bygone era. I thought the room was a bit small and expected more space. The restaurant kitchen seemed cramped and slow, especially since the hotel was only 60 % full, so the space wasn't used well. They should reduce the number of rooms and enlarge the pool, gym, and meeting rooms.
“A singular experience”
The hotel clerk Sandra was a gem—competent, professional, and friendly. Keep her on staff. All the restaurants (1928 and El Internacional) were wonderful. The gym should replace the free weights with two universal machines. The bartender in the cocktail lounge by the gym made the worst Manhattan I’ve ever had in my life (I’m 73) on Friday night; please teach him to do better.
“Lovely stay very interesting .”
The building was truly impressive, the room was fantastic, and breakfast was perfect. However, charging €20 for a one‑hour use of the pool was outrageous, especially after paying a premium to stay at Canfranc. We found that extra fee disgusting, obscene, and unfair.

The staff, room, and food were all good. The only downside was the high prices for the pool and other services, which felt excessive.

This place will take your breath away—absolutely magical, the photos don’t do it justice. It feels otherworldly and must be seen to be believed. The interior is impeccable, the staff are lovely and helpful, and the food was incredible; it’s a true destination hotel and a steal for the price. If you can, try the Michelin lunch—full of surprises and delight! Absolutely nothing was wrong; it was perfect throughout.
