The location is fantastic for exploring the Amalfi Coast—just 5 minutes from the train station and Port Molo Concordia. It’s clean and tidy, offering good value for money. The fridge in the shared kitchen couldn’t close, and 30% of its interior was taken up by a huge ice block. The room’s air‑conditioner couldn’t cool properly (we visited in September, but it was quite warm).

I hate writing such harsh reviews, but I feel obliged to warn travelers who might find themselves in a situation as uncomfortable as ours for several reasons. First, the hygiene conditions are truly alarming, and it feels unfair that Ms. Monica talks about cleaning agencies when it’s obvious there isn’t even a passing touch… The rust on all the chairs is a major issue, especially with children present, which is unacceptable! We arrived in July, a scorching hot period, and the AC was non‑functional, causing disastrous discomfort that was met with arrogant responses, as if we were visionaries. They even postponed two AC-related events that year, and the whole place looked neglected and in disrepair. When we requested to leave after two nights, they tried to deny us, but Booking saved us. I don’t want to be rude, but I think an honest review of this place will help anyone who looks at the listing and knows what they’re getting, especially if they have kids or health issues. This is a place that doesn’t offer any price advantage, “you expect it because you paid less.” The second night I stayed at another BNB with excellent rooms, same area, AC and immaculate cleaning, and I spent €90 versus €108 here, so beware.
