We paid extra for a new room with a balcony and it was nice. However, check-in was a nightmare, we waited about an hour at reception. And when we finally got our room, the window looked straight into the mosque, which wasn't ideal.

We were lucky to find this hotel close to the Ngayog Jazz festival. The location's convenient and parking on site is a big plus. The hotel's a bit old-fashioned, but the food's okay and it's easy to get around. Not a lot of dining options nearby, but that's not a deal-breaker.

The rooms here are huge and really clean, which is great. Not much else to say, everything seemed fine. No major complaints, just a solid place to stay.

The staff here are super friendly, which made our stay nice. However, not many of them speak English, which could be a challenge for some. Still, we appreciated the effort to communicate.
