Excellent staff interaction. Poor room‑cleaning service 👎 The bathroom is old and needs renovation; the general street noise is annoying.
The staff were very kind and courteous, and the room was spacious and well‑maintained. When traveling with kids convenience is key, and it was very convenient for us. Close to both malls – literally less than 2 minutes away – and very close to nightlife in Dbaye or Naccache.
I had a good stay at this hotel. It was clean, the location was excellent, and the facilities were great. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others
“It started bad last day the lady manager made things better unfortunately will not stay in it again”
Location, view, the lady manager at that time made things better. The AC is hot; we booked a corner suite but they gave us another one; the reception staff tried to outsmart us.
Near and convenient. Lots of noise + no quick laundry.
