The floor is rubber, looks muddy and smells like a toilet, and the bed caused itching so I had to wear a t‑shirt to sleep.

Despite a typo in the door code we were quickly helped by the 24‑hour hotline and the issue was resolved – thanks again for that. Otherwise we felt very comfortable, especially on the balcony, and it was very quiet.
