The place is well‑located and the staff were sympathetic, doing their best for us. A “problem” with the reservation turned out to be insoluble – we had booked a room with a private bathroom, which turned out to be unavailable at the last minute. That small hiccup didn’t ruin our stay, but while the young staff were very helpful, the management didn’t show the same level of effort.
