The room was huge and the staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t need to look elsewhere for anything; they had everything I wanted: a scooter, massages, laundry, etc. Breakfast was very good. The location is central and close to all services.

Everything was great. Nothing

The hotel has a lot of charm, located in the center of Ubud so you can walk around the city, a pool surrounded by nature, and the staff were very kind, serving us breakfast every day before it officially started. The bathroom needs a renovation and a thorough cleaning. Breakfast is very basic and starts at 8:00, which might be a bit late if you have booked tours.

Large, bright, and spacious rooms. The bedding was very comfortable. The location is great in the city center but a bit back from the street. The air‑conditioning didn’t work, but that didn’t bother us; however, there was an issue with the shower water drainage that the staff informed us about but did not fully resolve.

The location is super central, close to many venues and main streets. The staff were very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, on the days we were there it rained a bit and the room was very damp; our clothes were wet even inside the suitcase. Also, there’s a rooster that crows in the morning and wakes everyone up early.
