Как гости оценивают отель, аспект за аспектом.

“Hoped it would be better.”

The location was good. However, our room never got cleaned over the four‑night stay; beds were made but there were no towels, toilet paper, or coffee refills. It took almost an hour for the valet to bring us our car, and the elevators were extremely slow. Only one of the three treadmills worked properly. We’ve stayed here before to visit a college kid, and while the location is great, it isn’t worth it.

Everything was fine. Nothing was wrong.

“Eloise was amazing. I would not return to this hotel.”

Eloise at the front desk was incredible and the bed was comfortable. But the hotel cancelled my room even though it was still confirmed, and the other front desk staff, not Eloise, didn’t care about helping me; she shut down my questions and made me feel like the problem. The walls in the room were pretty beat up and there were cobwebs in the corners. There’s no snack or drink area except the water bottles in the room, and the two restaurants are too expensive for the mediocre food.
