The location is great, and the customer service is even better. The hotel was super clean, the employees were friendly, and the spot was easy to find. It’s surrounded by restaurants, stores, specialty shops, and entertainment venues.

Very clean and quiet, with very friendly staff. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping, and there’s a movie theater right next door, making it a definite great place to stay. Everything was awesome.

The lobby is so pretty! We turned it into a family night and the staff were very nice to us, even though we were a little loud from excitement. The hotel is right near a whole bunch of stores, so everything you could need is about 5 minutes away.

The location was okay, and Jorge was the best staff member we met. The whole place felt like it had either absent or uncaring management, and many standards were substandard and lackadaisical. Staff either didn’t do their jobs properly or showed no enthusiasm or pride, which showed up in interactions, breakfast (reluctantly provided?), and cleaning (the promised cleaning when we went out never actually happened). The main focus seemed to be on staff doing as little as possible in the shortest time frame. We had to ask for various items instead of having staff provide them. I would not use this chain again.
