The staff were lovely, breakfast was good, the beds were nice, and it’s close to the metro. Nothing else.

For me, the room was excellent despite a slight difficulty. I was a bit puzzled when I saw a wall‑to‑wall “dining area” – but no noise disturbed us. Something didn’t work with the room’s charging point for my phone; it got drained instead…! It worked in the car and elsewhere, but it should be checked.

Good selection of food and drinks. The dining area was clean and fresh, bright and welcoming. The food and drinks we wanted were available, plus that little extra. It would be nice to have more organic options.

The location is great, and the staff are very friendly and caring! The place is spotless and the breakfast really had everything! This is the best hotel I have ever visited!
