Easy to reach, clean, open 24 hours a day; the only downside is the outside noise.

Great spot near transport, a park and nightlife; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the English was very good, but the facilities are very basic, though still suitable for short stays.

I liked the spot, cheap, and it’s not noisy even though it’s on Bui Vien. The room was tidy, clean, and comfy, and it had a decent size. Nothing else to complain about so far, just a little walk to get to the room.

The hotel is perfectly placed on Fan Wu Lao Street, making night‑bus or tour‑group trips easy, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but the rooms are tiny, the facilities are average and the shower is practically cold – impossible to tolerate in 35 °C Ho Chi Minh, so book with caution.
