The lack of the elevator, you had to take your own luggage in the room with all the stairs and no help from the staff. The lack of cleanliness in the rooms

Excelente atención. El personal muy amable. La habitación muy cómoda, me dejaron para preparar te, café, galletas dulces y saladas. Como me alojé en la madrugada me ofrecieron retirarme mas tarde de la habitación y poder descansar más tiempo. Realmente Excelente!! El administrador me habló en español y me dio un mapa explicándome los lugares para conocer. Sólo tengo palabras de agradecimiento!!!. Nada, todo perfecto!
