We never stayed there but managed to get a refund on a supposedly non‑refundable booking after about two hours of effort; the hotel itself looks completely rundown and far from a four‑star property, clearly in need of a major renovation.

The various pool areas need renovation, and there’s a lot of algae that still needs to be removed. It’s suitable for large events and a car is essential.
