The room was old, the towels were old, the toilet door was broken and wouldn’t close, the window wasn’t sealed, there were no free water charges, it wasn’t soundproof, there was no night light, and it was extremely noisy.

Everything worked except the air conditioner. The AC wasn’t cool.

The room was bright, the staff were very helpful, the room was clean and airy, and it was great for couples or solo travelers; the room looked like a picture.

The hotel staff were friendly. The air‑conditioning and fridge worked fine, and the room was spacious enough even without a window, still feeling airy. The water pressure was high except at the vanity tap. The walls were a bit dirty with peeling paint, and the floor and fridge weren’t clean; touching the fridge left a sticky residue. The wardrobe smelled damp, and the bed made a lot of noise. The doors in both the toilet and bedroom didn’t seal properly.
