Live music was great and the common area décor is decent; the bar feels cozy. Breakfast was fairly complete. The hairdryer barely dried hair and there was no shampoo. Dinner was expensive for its quality. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and were two single beds together, but they opened and separated when we approached. The shower had a shallow slope and water leaked all over the bathroom. The door was swollen at the bottom. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good.

The front‑desk, café, and breakfast staff were the best. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, the breakfast buffet is great, and the spa is 100% recommended. The pillows felt a bit soft.

The location, surroundings, and hotel staff were very friendly and helped with problems. The heating worked poorly, so it was cold until the front‑desk guy brought us a heater. The soaps were bad for a four‑star place, and the bathtub made it hard to get in and out.
