The staff were very helpful. Many things didn’t work… we had a room with infrared, it didn’t work… we paid for floating but the facial irradiation didn’t go on… The food was good but it was clear that the quality wasn’t really cared for. The pool area was rather cold, both the water and the indoor space.

The family hotel is very lovingly designed with a great concept and many offerings for children. The bathing area and outdoor facilities were beautiful and well kept. The food was tasty, varied, and family‑friendly. Most staff were very friendly and warm towards our kids. Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not match the high price level. At arrival we found foreign black hair in the bathroom, shower, and living area. Dishware, cups, and cutlery were repeatedly not properly clean. The window handle was already loose on the floor at arrival and kept falling out. Despite reporting it three times, the problem was not fixed. Some child vehicles were also damaged. A few staff in child care were quite rough and irritable. The most stressful part: after four days, one daughter first got stomach‑intestinal symptoms, then our second daughter got very sick, and finally I fell ill, so we had to cut the vacation short. The hotel told us upon inquiry that no other cases were known, but former guests later contacted me on Instagram, saying they had similar illnesses around their stay a week earlier and that other guests reported similar cases. We cannot say whether there is a connection, but we would have appreciated more transparent communication and stronger hygiene measures. It is a shame because we only managed to enjoy a few days of a pricey vacation week.

The equipment for children was sensational, with an incredible variety of activities. The kids’ beverage station was great. There was little space to lie by the pool, no proper shade on the upper deck, and the open shower concept (the shower was not separated by a door or room) in the rooms is a bit awkward (steam in the rooms).

We were thrilled with our stay at this hotel, especially the stunning location in a picturesque area that kept the kids entertained with endless activities and games. The hidden corners of the property made each visit feel fresh, and the attention to detail was impressive—everything was branded, and Frida appeared everywhere, delighting the children. We received a bottle at check‑in and a little jar at check‑out, which added a charming touch. However, arriving in August, the lack of a proper fan or air conditioning made the room uncomfortable, and the combined shower‑toilet area offered little privacy or separation from the sleeping space, with the bathroom cleanliness falling short of expectations.
