Bella Beach Hotel

The hotel was pleasant and comfortable with excellent food. When we arrived we asked the staff if they could change our assigned room to another hotel; they gladly obliged and gave us a room with a pool view, a bit away from the sea. We ate in a nice courtyard with beautiful bougainvillea and a banana tree. We admired a very talented dance animator who practiced with kids and adults. Because of sudden back pain I had a full‑body massage that really helped, and we could also use the whirlpool. The room was pretty, spacious, well‑maintained. We rested well after a tough year. In the room we had an older air conditioner that still hummed a bit even when turned off.

“Overall very solid hotel with a great value and I would put a solid 8.”

This is a solid choice for people who want a nice all‑inclusive resort at a great price. The facilities are very nice, the rooms are a good size, and the beds are comfortable. We were upgraded to a sea‑view room, which was very nice. Parking was free. Even though the buffet offered many options, the food quality was below what I’m used to in all‑inclusive hotels. Also, even though the beach was right there, the waves prevented us from enjoying the sea as much; we had to drive a bit to a spot behind a wall with calmer water to enjoy the ocean better. The evening entertainment program is something the hotel should improve.

“Amazing hotel”

Everything about this vacation was perfect; I took my wife there to celebrate her birthday for 5 nights, and we loved everything—exclusive, great food, amazing facilities, great location, literally no complaints. Nothing.

“A lovely hotel in a great location, but the room facilities need improvement.”

The hotel was in a great location, with a beautiful beach and a lovely swimming pool. The bathroom door got stuck and wouldn’t open, the old air conditioner was hard to operate and made gurgling noises all night, and the toilet was extremely loud when flushed. We could also hear noise from the neighbouring rooms.

We had perfect days at the hotel in every way. The last day was especially notable: we were supposed to check out at 12 pm while our flight was that evening. We asked if we could stay by the pool and if there was a place to change clothes before the flight. They have a wonderful arrangement: comfortable showers, free of charge. This lets you enjoy all the seaside, pool, and food amenities without extra cost until you head to the airport. What a generous spirit!
