The location, staff, room quality, and room service were all great, but the Saturday night party at the Hunky Dory restaurant on the ground floor blasted music at an extremely high volume, and even from my room on the 3rd floor it was disturbing until about 1 am. It feels like a weekly occurrence and is unacceptable.

“Good for 1-2 nights but definitely not beyond!”

The rooms and facilities were clean and good, and the hotel is close to the shopping mall with friendly housekeeping and room‑service staff. However, I stayed over six nights and the buffet was the same each day. The centre rooms are not sound‑proof, so you hear neighbours’ conversations and TV noise. Some reception staff were not very friendly. The hotel advertises itself as 4 *, but it is basically an ordinary 3 * hotel that still charges 5 * rates on some nights. It’s not worth staying more than one or two nights.

“Was much satisfied & will consider the coming back positively.”

The room was very comfortable. Cleanliness was up to good standards. Staff was courteous & helpful. The room intercom was not working efficiently and had lot of communication issues regarding contacting room service & reception. Also 1 of the elevator was not working leading inconvenience & waiting period
