The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room didn’t match the pictures. I asked for a swap and they said no because my reservation was made online. I also cancelled my last night and still haven’t heard back about a refund. On top of that, the AC kept cutting out.

The spot is great with a nearly private beach and the staff are friendly, but the cabin was in rough shape and the photos were misleading. No backup generator means power cuts leave you sweating, and by day three the tap water ran out and they never refilled it. Shampoo was missing too, and the food was way too pricey.

The location is top‑notch and the outdoor area is gorgeous, but we ended up in a cabin that was a nightmare—no working AC, a cramped bathroom with no spot for a toothbrush, and the room was just uncomfortable. We told the staff over and over but nothing changed until we finally got a phone number of a staff member who moved us to a different room, but even after three days the situation was still off. It just didn’t match what we were promised.

The staff were super friendly and the food was tasty, the beach was great and everything was spotless. But the extra wooden cabin room was a letdown compared to the main house rooms, and it didn’t feel worth the price. Plus some spots on the deck near the pool were a bit worn.

The hotel is a lovely little spot on a quiet beach with a small pool, football goals, and a beach volleyball court, and the staff are friendly. The downside is the gravelly access road and the lack of nearby restaurants, and the staff can be a bit passive.
