Everything was fine.

“Bonne adresse à noter”

All staff were very professional, the breakfast buffet was excellent and varied, the metro is only 900 m away, and the hotel shuttle is available at arrival at the airport and at departure. Nothing to add.

“A comfortable hotel near the airport”

Friendly staff made us feel welcome and were quick to help, and the CTA station is only a 5‑minute walk away, letting us hop on the train to the airport or downtown with ease; we arrived before noon and they graciously let us check in early, though the floor could have been cleaner.

“L emplacement est super, moins de 10 min à pied de la ligne bleue, déjeuner complet”

The place was just a stone’s throw from the blue line, served a full breakfast and was impeccably clean. Nothing negative to mention.

“Not going again”

The stay was fine overall, but the parking information was unclear and they charged me an extra fee for the parking lot.
