We had a wonderful stay: the harbour views were beautiful, the room was clean, cosy and tastefully finished, and we enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge and spa facilities, which cost extra but were worth it; drinks at one of the rooftop domes on a rainy evening were still incredibly picturesque and romantic; the buffet breakfast was superb and the barista-made coffee excellent; a beautiful property with great amenities—highly recommend! Nothing at all was lacking; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location and surroundings were excellent. Breakfast and the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor let us spot the Northern Lights, and the airport bus right outside the door was a big plus. The restaurant on the 10th floor didn’t impress us; it was very expensive, the staff came off as arrogant, and the food was decent but nothing special—more hype than quality.

Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was nice. The bed was too soft and hard to turn over. The listing said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t.

The spot is great—just downstairs from the North Pole Gate and a stone’s throw from downtown and the Polar Church. Breakfast was tasty and the decor was pretty. The downside was the lack of free or cheap parking; nearby lots were pricey, and the room felt a bit cramped.
